I had been searching nationwide for a VW Phaeton for roughly a year. Found what i hope is a decent example from this dealership. Jim was extremely helpful and the transaction went seamlessly. Trusting someone when buying a car across the country is something difficult to do when being able to inspect or visualize the car in person isn't an option. For the price i am extremely satisfied and pleased with the entire purchase. Jim was responsive and answered any of the questions that I had and has followed through to help make sure the vehicle is loaded and shipped my direction. Barring a non-running vehicle upon arrival I don't see why I wouldn't highly recommend doing business with this dealership! To date the experience has been fantastic!

I Came down to Lipscomb Auto Group to see about trading in my Jeep. When I got there I was greeted by Jim Zumo one of the salesmen there. He was very polite and helpful and did everything to make me feel at ease. I told Jim what I was looking for and he showed me a Jeep that had everything I was looking for. He took the time to show me how the navigation and 6 disk CD changer worked, he was great..The paper work took no-time at all to do and they did not hit me with all those hidden fees like the other guys do. I LOVE MY NEW JEEP and would recommend everyone looking for a used car or truck to go see Jim and Lipscomb Auto Group.
